Terms of Service

By staying at KERU HAUS, you agree to the following terms:

• Complimentary round-trip airport transfers (arrival pick-up and departure drop-off) are provided—please share your flight details at least 24 hours in advance.
• Maximum of 4 guests accommodated at a time.
• Rates: $100 per person sharing, $120 for single occupancy.
• Our inclusive meal package includes breakfast, lunch, dinner, fresh fruits, and snacks whenever guests are present.
• Laundry service is included.
• Private transportation to and from work or school is available at an agreed fee.
• Access to golf is available at an additional charge.
• All bookings must be confirmed in advance. Services are subject to availability.
• All guest information will be treated with confidentiality and handled securely.
• CCTV cameras are installed for safety; only authorized persons may access rooms.
